Shipping
Subscribers’ monthly sets will be shipped 2-3 days after their billing date. Average shipping time is 5 to 7 days.
USPS shipping is standard for all orders. We do not currently ship outside of the U.S. Once the package is scanned into the USPS system, Manicurated is not responsible for the package or any shipping carrier errors or damages.
Packages that are unable to be delivered and returned to Manicurated will be at the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for return shipping.
Refunds and exchanges
Due to the custom nature of the product, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Sizing of the nails is the responsibility of the purchaser and purchase of a nail sizing kit is recommended. Single replacement nails will be available for purchase during the month of the design’s availability.
Membership fees will be charged on the same day of the month as at sign up and any membership cancellations must be submitted prior to this date. We do not offer refunds for cancellation requests submitted after this date and orders will be filled for the customer as charged. See FAQs for further information on memberships.
